Changing your diet by a little can have a major affect on your appearance. A couple things that I have learned from the My Pyramid section on www.mypyramid.gov is that A person should vary their choices on what sort of Meat to eat, like fish, chicken, steak, etc. Also, just reminders that it is healthier to bake, boil, or broil your meat. DO NOT FRY! I have also learned that someone should have 3 oz of whole grains per day, such as bread.Also, something I didn’t know before, one should eat more dark green veggies than light green, Such as broccoli, or spinach.

One bad ingredient is called guanylyte. It is an additive that is used in glutamic acid. Disodium guanylyte is made from dried fish or dried seaweed. It is often used in instant noodles, potato chips and other snacks, tinned vegetables, cured meats, and packaged soup. Guanylyte is bad for you and staying away from it is always good, but every once in a while having some is ok.
